How to reserve a sunbed?

1. You can reserve sunbeds only by downloading the Terland app via this link.
2. Reservations can be made 3 to 4 days in advance, due to Belgium’s unpredictable weather. Refunds are not possible.
3. Before booking, please make sure to read the beach rules below.

The terrace of the beach house is available without reservation — feel free to stop by.
If no spot is available right away, don’t forget about our other beautiful outdoor terrace: The Shelter.

WELCOME TO TERLAND BEACH

Resort guests have access to a private section of the beach with sunbeds provided free of charge by the resort.
Sunbed reservations via the Terland app are intended for external day guests.

We want to make sure everyone has a great time here, so we've put together a few friendly beach rules to help ensure a pleasant experience for all. Please read them before reserving a sunbed:

• Sunbeds are non-refundable in case of no-show or bad weather. We hope you understand that this policy helps give everyone a fair chance.

• The Beach House and the beach open at 11:00 AM. We look forward to welcoming you then!

• On weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays, we kindly ask that you arrive by 1:00 PM at the latest. If you arrive later, we may have to release your reserved sunbeds.

• Please respect the maximum number of guests per sunbed so that everyone can enjoy a comfortable beach experience.

• We kindly ask you not to bring your own food or drinks. Our bar offers a wide range of options for you to enjoy.

• Personal speakers for music are not allowed, as we aim to maintain a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for all guests.

• Please bring your own towel to use on the sunbeds, or you can purchase one from us. This is mandatory for hygienic reasons.

• Our bar is self-service: place your order and pick it up at the counter.

• Dogs are welcome on the terrace of the Beach House, but not on the beach itself. Please respect this rule.

• The beach is not a public beach. We kindly ask that you stay only on the reserved sunbeds and refrain from placing towels freely on the sand.

• Smoking is only allowed on the terrace of the Beach House and in the designated smoking area — not on or near the sunbeds.

• We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment. Guests who misbehave or do not respect the house rules will be removed by security and will not be welcome in the future.
